Shipping policy

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

Mae & Co Jewelry orders that are shipped outside of Canada may be subject to import taxes, customs, duties and fees levied by the destination country. Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost and may be collected by the individual destination country. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the package, Mae & Co Jewelry has no control over these fees and charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information about your country's specific customs policies.

 

Tracking Packages

In some cases Mae & Co Jewelry customers are given the option to ship their package tracked or untracked. Though tracking is a more expensive way to ship we ask that you consider having your package tracked. Mae & Co Jewelry will not be responsible for replacing any lost or stolen package that do not have tracking.
